[The feed opens to the view of Olivine beach, held by its owner as she records the horizon and ocean for a while. It records silence for a few moments before the owner speaks up, sounding hesitant.]

... if you've done something wrong in the past that hurt a lot of people, and every one of them said that it was alright and that they didn't blame you...

... but... you still feel guilty over it...

... how do you go about forgiving yourself?

[There's more silence and then an audible sigh, before there's an elephant trumpet sound, and Namine giggles as a Phanpy clambers and obscures half the view of the camera.]

No, this isn't for playing. Come on.

[The feed cuts off.]

Mm. I tried... battling again. It was the first pokemon I fought out on the route near here, and I was able to catch it.

[The Phanpy bounds over to Roxas curiously.]

I spent the entire day with it and I think it's starting to like me.

It's supposed to be a ground type, but he likes water just the same.

... the pokedex said even if they're small they're unnaturally strong though.

I know. But he seems to like it so much. And he doesn't have a lot of Ground type moves too. I'm starting to think the pokedex might be wrong-- ah!

[As she talks the Phanpy scoots close near the water as well, placing the tip of its trunk in the water before coming back to them. It flaps its ears as Namine continues explaining, as if looking eager to prove that yes, she likes water, before

[The Phanpy retreats a little behind Namine. They're naturally shy.]

I haven't thought of a name yet. Beyond naming them after people I know, I haven't thought about what to name them after.

Maybe because it's summer? It's ending soon, isn't it?
