[The feed opens to the view of Olivine beach, held by its owner as she records the horizon and ocean for a while. It records silence for a few moments before the owner speaks up, sounding hesitant.]

... if you've done something wrong in the past that hurt a lot of people, and every one of them said that it was alright and that they didn't blame you...

... but... you still feel guilty over it...

... how do you go about forgiving yourself?

[There's more silence and then an audible sigh, before there's an elephant trumpet sound, and Namine giggles as a Phanpy clambers and obscures half the view of the camera.]

If it was a simple problem I would think it would be solved by now- of course is complicated, when is selflessness ever simple little one?

All that matters is that you did what must be done. If that is so, then there is no need for guilt.

I wouldn't say that. There's nothing wrong with wanting other opinions on something you're having trouble with.

You won't know until you've tried. Even if it takes all your life, you need to stand up and carry the weight of you've done. Even if it seems impossible, you need to keep at it!

No one has ever said doing the right thing is harmless, or guiltless for that matter.

Did you think your attempt at keeping balance would be any different?

It must be because they like you a whole lot! Uu-, if they wouldn't want to be your friend, they wouldn't have forgiven you.

Take whatever you did then that you don't want to be, and work on becoming something else.

You tell yourself to fix it. After that.....it makes it a bit easier to forgive yourself.

That's right. No stopping, no giving up.

I... suppose not. Though no matter what I did, whether it was making the mistake or trying to fix it, I kept hurting others.

[Her biggest guilts include Xion, the entire re:coded thing and just Sora in general because that boy is so messed up. Roxas is somewhere there too with the Twilight Town six days thing but Roxas told her to forget about it, and she's been trying!]

Something in the past. I tried my best to fix it, but I suppose the guilt is still there.

If you choose a path stick to it until the end. Is little point trying to erase a mistake you have just made, is not as if doing so will do anything other than rub salt into raw wounds.

I want to find my own answer as well, but hearing people's opinions might help me find a way to start it, at least.
