All Pokémon? As far as I've seen, no. Ven's Eevee got a little heavier than she's taller when she evolved into Vaporeon, but she's not larger than I am.

Ven had one in blue, and Eevee became a water-type. This one's yellow, so you'd think it would make Eevee an electric-type, but I can see some red markings here that look like fire, so maybe it's one or the other.

Lea has an Eevee too. So they only evolve through the use of those?

I'm not sure, but it might be one of the ways? I haven't seen anyone with other Eevee evolutions, so I cant tell for sure.

I got this one a few months back. I found it in my pocket. But Ven ordered his from a Pokemart.

Not at the ones we usually go to... so there must be one specific Pokémart for it. I forgot to ask Ven which one he ordered it from.
